The holiday launch is when things get worse than they have been. Red cup day is when it gets even worse than that.

Yep agreed! Theyre both death, just on different days lmao

a blacked out barista from stress— and then beating said barista after they’ve been knocked out for 20 mins

They used to be. Now they’re separate. Red cup day they get a plastic red cup with every holiday drink ( I think fall too).
bellamythos3 points8m ago
this is correct, fall drinks are included too!

Holiday launch was the 3rd. First day new drinks and food were available.
Every year Starbucks releases a red reusable hot drink cup with a holiday themed design. Customers get one free cup for each fall or holiday drink they buy. One day only, while supplies last. That’s red cup day - this year it will be Nov 17.

They used to be, but corporate separated them this year to spread out the business so we wouldn’t be as overwhelmed. Or at least that’s what I was told at my store.

Last year the separation was partly unintentional due to product shortages and not all stores having received the cups, but they “listened” to baristas and kept it separate this year

Holiday launch: holiday drinks come out Red cup day: free cup with every holiday (winter or fall) drink (fyi this does mean ppl can get multiple cups per order)
