HELP! We already cleaned it. Sticker printer not printing the first few letters/numbers on the left of the sticker. Like if someone gets “2 pumps vanilla” it only prints “ umps vanilla” ()

try hand sanitizer on a paper towel. be very very aggressive and use your nails to peel and scrape away any gunk. hope it helps

other comments have covered cleaning tips, just adding that you can use the DPM on the iPad to see the order with all the mods! (depending on which sticker printer you’re having issues with, you may have to change the DPM display settings to include cafe/mobile/etc)

Yes I have told everyone to use the iPad for cafe and mobile orders. And to look at the screen for drive orders.

There’s a spot that gets sticker gunk built up- scrape it all off and you should be good!
