the (3 hour) pull works the same as always! the department/inventory count will be on IMS (you can use an iPad or BOH computer) and also the iPod if your store still has it.

IMS/iPod will tell you what’s included in the department count, and you’ll just count and log the items the way you do as part of the 3hr pull. same with the food count, except that it’s divided into in-freezer and out-of-freezer which are exactly what they sound like. only count unopened items and carryover.
