When you’re on drive thru and you just finished taking their payment for the one (1) drink they ordered, hand off said drink and they say “I ordered two of these”. No tf u didn’t??!? Now I have to mess up the flow of drinks, take ur payment AGAIN and pull u forward. One of my biggest drive thru pet peeves

We have people pull that shit at my cafe store. Just cuz they had the idea of getting 2 in their heads doesnt mean thats what they ordered or thats what its "supposed to be". People do this crap when it comes to hot and iced drinks as well. They will be at the register and they will order a drink and they will not in any way say they want it iced and then when they get handed a hot drink at the handoff area, they say "this was supposed to be iced"...no it wasnt "supposed to be iced" because u didnt say it. U probably thought that in ur head but u didnt say it so it wasnt "supposed to be" anything. Say what u want. Its not hard. Unless theyre trying to get us to give them a free 2 for the price of one for the "inconvenience" which they created to get said free drink

Yep holy. Had someone TODAY order an iced white mocha then at the window get pissy and say it was supposed to be a frappucino. It’s so frustrating. If it was my mistake then yeah I get it but literally all my coworkers can vouch for it being ordered one way first.

Yeah see I don't think they realize that more than one employee can hear them when they're ordering at the drive-thru lmao cuz then they may not pull that shit. Thats annoying 🙃
