pretty much title, i was sent to get milk after my shift, but went back to shop for myself once i was done. i walked past 3 employees to grab something and heard them complaining saying "they should just close the store instead of clearing out my shelf!" and similar things like that. i turned around nd the one girl that helped me realized who i was, it was so awkward. like i get that it was annoying but i was just doing my job 😭

That a really rude. When I had to do milk runs like that, I would grab one of the employees and tell them i needed 12 gallons of whole and 8 gallons of 2% etc and they would load up a cart for me from the backstock.. they should not be talking shit about you. It's not your fault but also I bet you get a smidgen of their frustration of customers coming up asking about why is there none of this milk or that milk. Give it a try next time, I even called ahead once I cultivated a relationship with some of them and they had it pulled and ready for me when i arrived.

I felt like I did everything I could to be accommodating. I went up to a lady, asked her if she was available to assist me, requested a couple more gallons since the shelf was now cleared, and profusely apologized for the inconvenience. I'm really not sure what else could've been done 🥲 Thanks for your comment. I'll do that next time.

Two days later and I realize I came off like what you did was "really rude" when my intended reply was "that's really rude [that they were rude about it at that store]" I hope that came across but if it didn't, it's my mistake

No you're totally fine, I didn't take it like that, but I appreciate your thoughtfulness!

I mean...you're BUYING it. Not asking for donations. The store's making their money on it, one way or another. 🙄

Ibe started getting passive aggressive. The first time an old lady was like “I just have to wonder what you’re doing with all that milk.” And it took everything to not say “don’t judge my milk kink witch!” The last time the old bats at self checkout were hassling me and I told the chick at the door “Everything went great except your annoying old witches at the SCO. They were REALLY ANNOYING, despite me saying I did NOT desire their help. They COULD HAVE AND SHOULD HAVE left me alone, my experience would have been so much better.” I said it loud enough for the old bitch to hear. Luckily I don’t wear Sbux gear…nor do I shop there in my off days. ^.^

That sounds amazing but seen as how my Starbs literally shares a parking lot with this place and is directly next to it my shifts would not allow it lol
