Too much food (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by Scared-Ad-7678
I’m a shift supervisor and I used to LOVE doing the 3 hour food pulls. But with the new holiday foods the freezer is WAY too full. Like. I can’t even move the boxes around because there is too much food in there!!!! If you are going to be so mean to me get rid of a couple ones I think my phone is a messenger I take up well it is OK. WHY SO MANY CAKE POPS YHAT ARE ALL VANILLA.

WHHHAAATTT i love putting away the truck.
But in my defense I like organizing and have been our sole food truck person for over a year. So I’m very good at Tetris-ing.

I HATE taking vacations bc when I come back everything is all messed up :(

My store also doesn’t have a lot of freezer space (think one 2-part freezer and two 1-part freezers) so it’s TIGHT and I often have to combine boxes. There was one point that we had so much food waste that literally WOULD. NOT. FIT. So I did emergency pulls for what made sense, and donated the rest to the fire department. I decided what to keep based on our projected sales for the week (ex if we only sold 36 bacon Gouda a week then we’d only need 1 box, not 4). Of course if there’s room for more, sure, but bare minimum that’s how I did it. Also—— adjusting the receipt!!! With auto ordering for the food trucks inventory is SO SO important!!!

AGREED THO we don’t need so many VANILLA cake pops wtf!!!

Lmao sorry for the lil book
