no!! do not get customers used to this. when you do this, they’re gonna think you forgot about their order and therefore they’re gonna end up doing this all the time and think they have to keep track of their drinks and keep reminding their baristas, which gets annoying really quick. you have a a sequencing method. do not let them ruin it. acknowledge them and let them know that it’s coming right up.
