We used to make vanilla frappuccino with 1/2/3 shots of espresso on top and caramel drizzle. Very sweet but pretty good.

People ask me for caramel lattes all the time and I can never figure out if they mean a caramel macchiato or a latte with caramel syrup 😭

Did they just want it stirred? I've gotten into the habit of stirring (swirling when busy) hot chocolates so it's not all clumped at the bottom after hearing too many complaints about them 😩

im not sure? i was on a 30 when my coworker showed the sticker to me and i didnt have a headset on so im not 100% sure what the customer was expecting unfortunately. i always swirl the cup around a shitton when making them for that reason too

I’m petty. I get this, I’m pouring a hot chocolate into a blender and blending it, whip cream and all. No ice.

If they get mad and argue that they wanted it cold, they have two options:

- I’ll charge you for a mocha crème Frappuccino, or

- I’ll charge you for a cold milk with mocha, blended. But again I’m going to make the drink, pour it into a the blender, and blend it as-is (no base).
