I did, but I had a super supportive manager that appreciated my hard work and hyped me up to the DM who has has to get any non-tenured raises approved by the RD.
Its not impossible but your leadership team needs to notice you made a significant impact on bettering your store. It might be more work than you’d want to put in.

This is hearsay because I never actually saw paystubs or anything, but a fellow partner shared with me that she agreed to promote to supervisor if she was guaranteed a specific rate that she made at her previous store (in a different state prior to her transfer). She had to meet with the DM but said they did agree. At the end of the day, I think if you can justify it by your actions/connection score/drive times and are willing to be the greasy wheel and defend yourself, it might be feasible.
At the time, her rate would have been about $2 more than what a fresh SS would make. Which Starbucks loves to start fresh if you quit/demote.
So, if you’re asking for it, I always revert to the fact that Starbucks loves their numbers, so you better be able to back up your request with the sale$ or connection numbers.
