How often does Spotify needs us to sign up again for our free Premium service ?

Theoretically, never after you originally sign up. In practice, intermittently whenever it glitches out in the wrong way. I think I've only had to sign back in once or twice since they implemented it.

If you don’t use it for a month, it bumps you down to free subscription
