i think the whole morning/night shift thing is stupid. we all need to help each other out for success. there’s no other way. morning shift needs to prep, stock and clean so the night shift doesn’t have to come in and do all of that and night shift needs to prep, stock and clean so that morning shift isn’t behind on tasks to get done for night shift so that the cycle doesn’t just repeat itself.

the moment everyone realizes that you actually have to work as a team to keep a store efficiently operating instead of trying to “sabotage” or teach the other shift a lesson is the day that your store will efficiently operate.
