Today someone ordered a venti iced Americano, with no water, 6 shots, 4wm, and extra breve. Why? That’s not the point of an americano…the drink still came out to over $9 so why? Is it technically cheaper that way?

If it's more than 4oz of dairy/non dairy it has to be rang up as a latte

Venti white mocha is like , $6.05 . he wants 6 shots so three more. $9.05 . Then he wants breve $9.75 . Iced Americano is closer to like $5.35 . Two shots, $7.35 , white mocha sauce $8.15 . Breve $8.85 I’m guessing mans didn’t want pay almost $10 for a drink, but $9 was perfectly acceptable lol.

maybe the not charging for milk plus one “free” shot since it’s an americano so it gets 4 already instead of 3? but at that point get a shaken espresso tbh

Lol if they get a shaken espresso, theyll try to turn that into a latte too. Theyre literally trying to pay for anything but a latte 😄
One time (I've mentioned on here before) a lady mobile ordered to my store a tall hot americano, single, no water, 2% milk 💀 needless to say, she thought she would be getting a full cup lol nope it was just 1 shot of espresso with some 2% poured in

It would be almost $1 cheaper than ordering a white mocha with 3 extra shots, I think. I can’t put it in on mobile since it’s after hours but an iced WM with 6 shots would be $9.50 before tax at my store, I’m pretty sure.

This happened but we only put a splash of the milk (cause standard) and when she came she was V confused. She ofc said yes when I asked if she’d like me to add water

I was talking about customers saying extra breve....but i guess that wasn't clear.
