do you have sick time? if you have sick time, you should be able to use that to cover your time while you're on LOA. I believe you also have an option to return early, so I'd suggest taking a 1-2 week LOA to give yourself time to recover. CALL SEDGEWICK though, they will be able to answer your questions better than anyone on here.
