SB App made me add a passcode to my watch? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hi! Greenbean here. Yesterday was my first day and Sunday I did my training and paperwork, but when i DL’d the apps for my schedule and such, it made me add a password to my apple watch, and The option to remove the passcode is greyed out. is there anyway around this?
I need to know my schedule so I can’t just delete the app but i really dont like having a password on my silly little watch :(

That's a security requirement from the app, because the app is a company app! The idea is to prevent non-employees from accessing company information.
I don't believe there is a way around this, unfortunately, beyond uninstalling the apps and just checking your schedule through the browser. Someone may have the link handy, but if you need it lmk and i will find it for you!
