COVID coach/symptom check questions (self.starbucksbaristas)

Does anyone know the symptom check questions? I know the apps u can get on ur phone used to include covid coach but I think after the switch to the ‘symptom check’ it’s no longer there. I have been exposed to over 3 close contacts in the past week, and have been wearing a mask anytime I’m *anywhere* near them. (2 of the close contacts I live with). I have a weakened immune system so I’m doing my best and I’ve been antigen testing literally every day (negative every time), but I’m supposed to go in today and I have mild symptoms like a coming and going sore throat, headaches, and body aches, but all of these could be chalked up to a chronic health issue I already have. I have no clue whether or not I will pass the symptom check when I go in, I want to give the store enough time to find coverage for me but at the same time I don’t know if I even am under the criteria to call off right now because I don’t have access to symptom check. I know I am capable of working feeling like this, but I do not want to spread anything to my coworkers (even if I’m testing negative).

If anyone has had a similar situation or any advice please please let me know.

Update: started to feel progressively unwell, called the store with 4+ hours before my shift and ended up in the ER. Yas<3

You can call the store and explain the situation and have a shift walk you through the coach verbally. We’ve been instructed to do that if a partner asks.

I’ve found the symptom check by googling it before or you can call the store and ask them to walk you through it
