90% of the time it is everything except for its actual name.

I hate that drink. Had a super nice regular who got it so he was the only one I didn’t mind making it for, everyone else the steamed lemonade made me want to go be sick.

I can stand the steamed lemonade but steamed peach juice is so pungent ugh

Eww never filled that request luckily, the steamed lemonade reminds me of mucous it’s just gross.

Yo this pisses me off. Like place the same dialogue in any other setting and these people would be considered nut cases:

"hi thanks for choosing Domino's, what can I get started for you?"

"do you know what a pizza pie is?"

"yes, a pizza?"

"it has cheese and tomato sauce in it"

"yes, the pizza?"

"and it has toppings"

"...yes...pizza?"

"i want that one. with the cheese and tomato sauce. do you know what that is?"

"yes ma'am.....it's pizza."

Like I don't understand the lack of comprehension. Maybe someone else who worked a different kind of food service can chime in but this seems like a Starbucks exclusive where customers just don't bother to learn anything about the menu.

literally. although i'm pretty sure customers not listening to you at all at the drive through box is common across all fast food 😭
