Me : yeah I literally got all that but DO YOU WANT UR SHITTY ASS DRINK HOT OR ICED

“What’s the difference?”

Haha but when they say can I have a grande hot iced latte…had someone do this I think today who quickly corrected herself and laughed, which i totally felt but have had others not catch it at all.

FOR REAL. And so many people get irritated when we ask even though they refuse to say the temperature preference in their order.

A lady got so rude with me today because I had to ask "hot or iced" for each drink. She would not specify when she added something on, so I would ask, and she looked at me with this absolute disgusted purse of her lips and spat out "*hot*." Finally I stopped putting things in and told her that I needed to ask so that I get the drink right, to which she said "I know!" so loudly and snottily that I could have mistaken her as a two year old having a tantrum. Like, okay jerkface, maybe get some manners.

How many people get orders for hot Frappuccinos? Bc I swear they always ask when I’m the one at the box and I feel like I’m talking to a kid trying to explain that that doesn’t exist and a latte is the closest thing. I’ve had a couple that didn’t know and were nice about it and they’re fine. I just get upset at the ones who argue. Like half the time my managers have to get on bc my tone isn’t as stubborn and then the people finally listen

Someone ordered a caramel cappuccino and was very upset that it was not just a hot Frappuccino, I was struggling to keep a straight face with that one.

What I hate is when we’re doing double drive and can’t take the next order right away so I tell them I’ll be right with them momentarily but they still proceed to order. These mofos don’t listen, so fucking annoying

I asked a guy this in drive today and he said “can you make it both?” I didn’t even know what to say to that…I told him we could do iced with no ice but he opted for hot.

Me: sure, just to clarify do you want that hot or cold with no ice?


Customer: yeah venti chai, no ice.


Me: ok so cold with no ice


Customer: just regular with no ice.

I had someone yesterday “can I get an iced venti white mocha hot?” Like iced or hot I can’t do both😫

"I'd love to have the caramel crunch frap hot" we can't make that drink hot as its a blended iced drink, but I can do insert Caramel Brulee latte here. Then they still get mad because I can't magically turn the fraps into hot beverages.
