I’ll also add for future reference, if you’re ever curious how long something should be dated for, it’s on the side of the box it comes in! Helpful for uncommon dating for things like the bliss bars and snowman cookies during this time! (And the absurd difference between plain and chocolate dipped madeleines! Also marshmallow bars..)

For future reference if you never know how long to date something, you can find the information in the store resources app on the iPad. If you look up a product it will give those kinds of details

Have you noticed that the dates on the side of the box and on the iPad are different for Sugar Plum Danish and Pistachio Swirl? The box says one day but the iPad says two. It’s really annoying because I don’t know which one to go by.

Added bonus, no matter what the pastry, once the package is opened it’s shelf life is end-of-day. So for example if you sell one vanilla bean scone, the three you don’t sell go out at close.
