Sleeves on cups (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hi there, we were running short on cup sleeves today and I can’t remember if it’s policy to still give a sleeve with a hot beverage. Last I remember was sleeves in extra hot or venti cups, if that’s true do you know where I can find that in writing in partner resources?

From what I’ve been told, you put a sleeve on all venti hot drinks, on all drinks with hot water, and all drinks that are extra hot. Other than that, the customer has to ask for a sleeve if they’d like one
