I’d play it safe and opt for navy or black until you know how strict your sm enforces the dress code. My sm is pretty lax with this part of the dress code, so me and other partners at my store wear light wash jeans all the time.

my manager was holding a few first sips for a new store opening. we were going over everything and she brought up dress code. she told me she was glad the i was following dress code and that i was the only one. during a meeting we were also told that if we’re ever clocking in, we should always be in dress code. so personally i’d go with the safe option and go with navy jeans

Yes, your first day of orientation training with your ASM/SM is called your first sip training
