A conversation I overheard between my shift and a person at the window while I barred in drive today.
“Well you mobile ordered it and we made it as it was ordered. I also have cars to the street so you’re going to have to come min and get that fixed unfortunately.”
“Are you serious”
“Yes so sorry but the cars behind you ordered their drinks and it’s not fair that their hot drinks and food get cold because you guys misordered. I’m sorry but our manager is more than happy to get that fixed for you inside”
“Whatever bitch”
“Oh my god thank you for noticing” *closes window and walks away*

It's so funny cause I've accidentally ordered wrong TWICE in my life.
One time I just sucked it up and didn't say anything, the other time I nicely walked up to the counter and admitted my mistake and it was corrected by the kind barista.
All this to say that if you give two craps about what you're saying, or typing in an app, you're not gonna get the wrong drink. And if you do, being nice and asking for a favor is never gonna get you in this awkward, rude situation!
