A lady insisted that honey citrus was a syrup flavor and that a venti medicine ball gets 5 of those so she only wants 3. When I explained, her reply was well everywhere is so different. This is how they told me they make it in Georgia. 💀

I was like “…do you want the medicine ball as well as the macchiato?” And he just kept saying “yeah, a medicine ball in the macchiato.”
Eventually we got him to understand that they were different drinks and he got the honey citrus mint tea. 😭
