For the confused - that part of the outlet doesn't match the rest, which implies it was replaced. I don't think it's particularly common to *only* replace that part, so it looks like someone installed one of those creep cameras or possibly a card skimmer?

OH it's like a busted charger or something! goddamn.
On mobile it's very very hard to see. Doesn't help that photos are literally taking a 3D space and removing a dimension. I couldn't tell that those prongs stick out towards the camera! OSHA would love this :)
