If I use sick time do I get paid for it and does it still count towards my weekly 20 hours that I need to maintain for benefits? Thank you

That’s the point of sick time. It’s paid and protected under federal law so you can’t be disciplined for using it. It also counts as hours worked, so I believe it does count towards the biannual audit
