you sound like a wonderful trainer and employee, i’m sorry that creep is making you feel uncomfortable. if he’s persistent don’t be afraid to bring it up to a SSV or your ASM/SM. we had a similar experience at my store, it was a delivery man, so our SM got him removed from delivering to our store. also good luck with becoming a shift!! you’ve got this!

Always Always speak up in these situations. If he's not a creep he will understand. If he is then your manager needs to step in. This kind of behavior not ok.
I've had ppl use 'safe words'. If I hear it then I know I need to step up. Also they can leave the floor without saying more. Find what works at your store but speak up to someone else
