Nobody has keys to the store(self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by Cubby_pup
I'm a shift supervisor, and we are locked out of the store. My keys are inside, and I was supposed to open with another shift today but they called out. It's been almost an hour since we are supposed to open. Customers are showing up and getting angry. My SM is out of town and was able to get mobiles turned off. Our emergency contact isn't answering at all. I've had probably the worst bux related panic attack in my career to date. Has this happened to anyone else or am I just cursed?
I've literally blown up the phone of every SSV we have and nobody has answered (and who would it's freaking 6am).

What about your DM?

He turned off mobile orders for us since SM didn't have her laptop but said he doesnt have store keys either which I found a little sus. I would have assumed he had a set for each store.

I agree @ sus because isn’t that kind apart of your position — to ensure that everyone is running smoothly, at least in the case just running lol. How are ya now?

This happened at the store I was training at a few weeks ago, almost caused me to quit on my 3rd day lol. We didn't open til 6:45a, and when we got inside there was 57 mobile orders and an order that someone placed two weeks prior for three pike carafes for an event at 7am that wasn't made. Everyone was pissed and on edge for the entire day 🥴

We had this happen to our store. We have the starbucks emergency line saved in our phones just in case now lol

This seems more funny than stressful
