It’s never going to taste quite right with regular coffee. The ratios are not the same. The only thing I can suggest is making an actual brown sugar syrup rather than using just the sugar itself. It’s very easy to do, just look online for how to make brown sugar simple syrup.

Something like a moka pot or an aero press can get you closer without a whole espresso machine! The run $20-40 depending on which you get

Do you have a Keurig? They sell pods that are supposed to be like espresso. I have one that even has a button for "strong" that makes the coffee more concentrated, and it isn't half-bad imho.
If you find something that tastes like espresso, I'd say that if you add that, brown sugar syrup (Torani sells some), cinnamon powder, and ice in a shaker, and add oat milk - it'd probably taste pretty close.

no but im looking into maybe getting a nespresso machine instead! we have a 30$ coffee maker, just has a reusable kcup for grounds so:/
yeah i’ve been making it as close as i can compared to how we make it at starbucks, i even use a protein shaker to foam it all up and stuff. i think its straight up just that its not espresso and is just plain ol coffee thats messing it up

There is a brown sugar oatmilk creamer that CoffeeMate makes that you could try. I really like it and have recommended it to others.
