Can I buy the syrups/sauces? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Follow up question, how do I go about buying them?

Typically it’s only core syrups so seasonal syrups and sauces are not eligible for purchase, also mocha syrup and caramel drizzle cannot under any circumstances be sold to a customer as an individual component for safety reasons.
But you can just go up to a register and request to purchase a bottle of your choice and your barista will communicate with a shift supervisor or a manager for approval and if you get the all clear and they have extra product, they ring it up and you get to take home your very own Starbucks syrup :)
but basically if it can be scanned or rung up, you can purchase it. Just remember you might have to request a pump or purchase one for your syrup. The syrups are good for up to one month after opening.
Grocery stores also have a ton of options and cool little drink kits with nifty cups.

We make our mocha in house and it’s only good for 24 hours, then we have to toss it, if we serve it to a customer as an individual component and they decide to consume it after 24 hours and they get sick, it’s our responsibility since we served it to that customer. As for the caramel drizzle I believe it’s mainly because there’s no way to accurately inventory it if we just gave out cups full of caramel drizzle. It’s mostly to prevent excessive overconsumption of our caramel drizzle since it’s literally sugar….no one needs a cup full of drizzle lol.

You can buy vanilla and caramel from Starbucks stores but only if they have extra supply. You can also buy smaller bottles at most grocery stores.
