OKAY but like… why are you gonna do a $100 14 drink 14 food order at DTO and then get to the window and add more to it??? like ???? 😕 and i understand a drink not being perfect but the one drink that has regular sweet cream instead of the foam… 😔 not loving being yelled at for that when it’s such a big order through window at a busy time….

Usually take the order and pull them to the front and have the cafe person work on the drinks. Keep the DT moving. Communicate to the customers it’s a large order and going to take some time, as soon finished will bring it out to them or come pick them up inside 🤷🏻♀️

There should really be order limits. I can't fathom how some people think it's OK to order so much through DT. I'd be so embarrassed
