i’m aware. but we were also busy as shit cars around the building all day and i don’t think the green bean on drive thru cared enough to even bother asking and everyone was so busy to even bother correcting it

This is really how leniency becomes habitual at so many stores. I’m not saying that in a judgmental way at all either. It’s just the sad truth. Once the green beans do something wrong that the customer likes because of a lack of oversight suddenly the other barista/stores do it for me and I’m not leaving until you do it too or I’m calling corporate.

Hahaha, my district is currently under a “make the moment right” policy. Basically, our DM says do whatever you need to, to make the moment right. You only ordered 2 shots of espresso? You went two extra shots and milk to the top? Sure thing sir! It’s literally so dumb, but not worth losing my job over. :,)
