If it's "extra extra" oatmilk, that's a latte. What they want is a latte.
We have a regular who does this and every time she gets corrected by a new barista, she gets huffy and demands a manager.

Depends on how much milk they are looking for. If they’re ok with 4 oz of oatmilk and half the cup empty, ring it as iced espresso. If they want a full cup, ring an iced latte.

Charge for the 3 shots and syrup and then let them know you can’t fill the cup all the way to the top unless they want to be charged for a latte. They aren’t paying for the fluid ounces so we are not aloud to fill it up.

Charge as is but end product would be half full. Extra oat milk is only 3 Oz.
Lt oat is 1/4 times 4 Oz which is 1 Oz
Reg oat is 1/2 times 4 Oz which is 2 Oz
And ex oat is 3/4 times 4 Oz which is 3 Oz
Lt oat is 1/4 times 4 Oz which is 1 Oz
Reg oat is 1/2 times 4 Oz which is 2 Oz
And ex oat is 3/4 times 4 Oz which is 3 Oz
