I need help my manager is punishing me for taking 2 weeks off in August when I thought I had monkey pox. (self.starbucksbaristas)

So over the last 2 months I've been punished by having my hours cut an just doing all the gross jobs (that no one wants to do )which is fine I can get my hands dirty but I need my hours . It went from 30 hours a week down to 16 hours a week for the month of September an the first week of October, the last 3 weeks were , 5 hours and then 2 weeks of not being scheduled I asked her why an she said "I thought you transferred" (she never put in my request form from September!!) And put my on for 15 hours this week an then I'm not on next week's schedule. She said " I hired people to work the days you requested off" I took of next Saturday and Sunday for my anniversary.. there's 5 other days she could schedule me an she's just not , also her an our dm are really close, so tips on the next chain link to pass this too would be great.

E and C would be your next step. But they’ll tell you to talk to your DM if you haven’t.

Aren’t they required to schedule you at least 12 hours? How did they get the idea that you were transferring?

Yes. I mentioned wanting to transfer in September but I never heard anything back , so she didn't do anything about it an also stopped scheduling me because she thought I didn't work there anymore ? Tbh idk what planet she's on

That is so confusing. She would be responsible for processing the transfer, so how could she not know? Is there a store you're interested in transferring to? Perhaps you should go ahead and speak with the manager of the new store and tell them what date you are wanting to transfer. Then confirm that with your manager. Getting an additional manager involved increases your manager's accountability about the situation. It seems like your current manager isn't giving you what you need, so transferring might be a good option for you.
