Hey guys I just started in June this year as a brand new barista and am not sure about the rules on paid time off. Like how long do we have to be working here to get it and how many days do we get for a certain period of time? Thank you!

Vacation time is a year after being there and it’s accumulated so you won’t immediately get hours.

Sick time builds up immediately upon hire, and can be used for sickness, mental health, drs appointments, etc
