Honestly, I'm not sure what sweet cream straight up tastes like, but it's mostly milk so I doubt she got THAT much extra vanilla, yk? I don't think I'd try it due to the milks, but as long as she was happy. It doesn't sound bad though.

What truly baffles me is cold foam on hot drinks. I feel like I'm wasting time blending foam whenever I do it. It also takes a second for me to process it.

a grande latte is 16oz, two of which are espresso.

so 14oz of sweet cream

rounding a bit, that's 2.3oz of vanilla syrup, 4.7oz of 2% milk, and 7oz of heavy cream.

2.3 fl oz of vanilla is equal to just under 4.5 tablespoons, so that's about 9 pumps of vanilla. 8.5 maybe.
