Not exactly sure what to do. Do I just activate the card. I just want the money in my account.

Update: set up an account and I still didn’t get any money

I had the same problem when I first started. I thought I set up my direct deposit, but for some reason (I guess I clicked the wrong thing), it signed me up for a savings account set up with that card. I just transferred that money to my regular bank and corrected it immediately with my manager (she just had to go online and input my correct direct deposit details), and my next paycheck I received my regular direct deposit.

My problem I think is different. They moved sites literally 2 days after so when I inputed my info it took al of my wrong attempts instead of the actual. So my routing number was wrong. Then I had to contact support and they said they would send me a check in the mail. Also update I set up my account on the app with the card it says I have zero funds. I thought they put funds on my account so that I can transfer it into my actual bank account. Now I’m incredibly confused.
