i don’t think so, on the day of holiday launch many customers were confused why it wasn’t red cup day and everyone including our sm told customers it was the 17th

In the holiday training I'm pretty sure it said to keep it a surprise. I know very few partners actually read those just tap through to mark it as done (if that even) but still

You’re so lucky. I didn’t realize it until last night and I almost started crying. I’m also working Black Friday and my location is right next to one of the most popular malls in LA. Wish me luck :’)
