My SM ordered several of the "Mini Novelty Apron" from the Coffee Gear website for our board. They're $6.75 each. You could ask yours about ordering them with the store P-card for your board.
Not the most creative idea, I know. But it is cute.

I made one a few years ago and my SM said they’d order the supplies with the store p-card just let them know what I needed. I got one of those black framed cork boards. It was like $15 off Amazon and wrote everyone’s names on notecard sized envelopes with one of the flaps cut off so you could slide the cards in. Then across the bottom I stapled short cups to hold loose cards. I wish I still had a picture of it so I could show you.

We handmade those mini aprons mentioned by someone else out of an old, full sized apron. We had little replaceable “name tags” on them for partner names, but we could switch them out with the turnover. I took home one of those large cork boards and painted and bedazzled the crap out of it, added out store number and some siren-thematic designs and put a cute little spot in the corner to highlight our partner of the quarter. That part I made with a patch of chalkboard sticker so that the name could be rewritten with the store pens every quarter. Think about what is important to your store and how you can incorporate that! My team was mostly girls, which influenced my decision to go all out with the sequins, etc. it just needs to function in the end!
EDIT: if you do do any of this project at home communicate with your manager! Hours worked are hours paid. All of my off-site work was logged accurately in the book and paid out to me, but my manager and I had that conversation first.
