just pressing the honey citrus mint tea button on the pos is all you need to do, don't worry

The HCMT and the medicine ball are the same drink, customers just call it the MB and refuse to learn the real menu name LOL. There's a button under "tea" on the POS that says Honey Citrus, and it accounts for the lemonade, honey, and both tea bags.

And FYI—Yes! the hcmt/med ball gets a jade and a peach tea bag!

Another name I’ve heard a lot is “sick tea”

i had an order from the same group of teens for three medicine balls and they all sat in my lobby coughing up a lung together while waiting

i hate it :)

Someone asked me for “sick tea,” and I was so confused bc I thought they were saying sweet tea.

no, if you ring in a honey citrus mint tea it already accounts for the lemonade and honey blend. you should see it on the right side of the screen. It's like how for a mocha for example, you know it comes with peppermint syrup and chocolate curls, the button for it already has the charge for the syrup and topping built in, you don't have to press the peppermint syrup button or the chocolate curls button

If someone asks for the medicine ball, it’s two different tea bags. If someone asks for the honey citrus then is it just that tea bag or is it still both?

The honey citrus mint is made with peach tranquility and jade citrus mint, I think you're combining the thought of jade citrus mint tea with the honey citrus drink. Theres no difference between "medicine ball" and the honey citrus mint tea, customers just refuse to learn the menu name now.

like said below, there is no honey citrus tea bag. it is both jade citrus mint and peach tranquility. both the honey citrus mint tea and the "medicine ball" are a peach tranquility tea bag, a jade citrus mint teach bag 1/1/2/2 of honey blend, hot water, and steamed lemonade. They are the exact same drink.

My bad, I meant to say is it just the jade mint bag🤦🏻‍♀️

a great resource if you're unsure of the recipes are the beverage cards, or the recipes are under store resources on the ipads

The Honey Citrus is the exact same thing as the 'medicine ball.' If they ask for JADE citrus that's another story and it's just the tea.

so the honey citrus mint tea IS the medicine ball. customers call it a medicine ball but the official name for the drink is the honey citrus mint. so no matter which one they say, you click that button and it automatically charges them for the lemonade and honey blend. when you’re making them the stickers will only ever say honey citrus mint it will never say medicine ball but they are made the same way so they both get honey blend, lemonade, water, peach tranquility and jade citrus mint.

Literally all you have to do is grab a store iPad and go to store resources and then beverage recipes and it’s all there.
canidieyet_ 1 points 8m ago
the honey citrus mint (aka medicine ball, sick tea, etc) has lemonade and honey blend included so you won’t charge.
lyssette 1 points 8m ago
honey citrus mint tea comes with everything already! to avoid feeling bad or embarrassed for asking questions, even though you never should, learn your resources! you can always check recipes on the “store resources” on your store’s ipads

TBH sometimes this sub is more helpful than coworkers. Half of my SSVs don’t know how to properly make a mocha cookie crumble & refuse to look up recipe cards, thus spreading the wrong recipe when someone new asks. My old store we didn’t even have recipe cards—we had old ones for drinks that were no longer in the menu, but those obviously aren’t helpful. New people won’t know where to find recipe cards on the ipad & if nobody tells them where to find it—how can they use it? If I asked 3 different people the same question, I get 3 different answers. Some stores are just really shitty
