OUR UBERS WERE GOINF CRAZY ALL MORNING. Like 10x more than what we normally get, not printing or showing in our dpm, or printing multiple times, one single order 5 different people came for and then finally the tablet paused orders all on its own

Omg stop i literally thought it was just my store! So earlier today, one of my shift supervisors was looking on the ubereats tablet and asked me if I have any of the drinks ready for the orders and I told her that I didn't see any delivery drinks come through and she just did this thing on the POS where she printed the stickers and i made them since the drivers were showing up randomly. And it was in the middle of a rush too. But then the stickers printed out like a half hour later lol it happened to 3 different uber eats orders today

Yeah I came back from my 10, when I left things were pretty chill, when I got back there were uber drivers waiting and we weren’t getting stickers. It was crazy.

I don’t know one of the Uber drivers was telling me (I think) that they had the same issue at Dunkin’ this morning at least from what they can tell, getting to the store and workers being thrown off not having gotten the order yet. It might have been an Uber thing.

Yea it seems like it was happening several different places today with the whole uber eats thing! It backed me up a little bit on making other orders cuz we had a small rush at that time that it happened like shortly after 10 and i had to stop a few times to add in the uber eats orders that were not printing out on our end for some reason 😪

My store was popping off with Uber Eats all damn morning, like way way way too much for a regular degular Monday morning, and *half* of them were 5+ drinks. Apparently two or 3 of them reprinted or something for some reason? Idk, shit was wild.

Nah I literally hate this. It’s not my fault the cafe customers didn’t think to use either a.) the drive thru or b.) the app. Drinks get made in the order they were received.

Same thing happened to us we didn’t get any at all and then suddenly a ton at a time. And nobody picked them up. Wtf lol
