just a little grande rant.
i understand how important customer connections are but i’m just tired of my manager getting on to me on making customer connections especially during morning peak. like you can see in peoples faces that they don’t want to speak and just want their coffee.

This is the source of my stress for the past few weeks now since my store’s CC score keeps declining week by week. The cafe during peaks is overwhelming since our mastrena II is shit, the shots aren’t pulling properly and how else are you gonna customer connect when it’s crowded and theyre all watching you? and you stand there with 4 pitchers of already steamed milk but your shots are all bad?
Before the start of my shift, I always check My Daily. I avoid it now bc the CC propaganda is just too stressful.
