I take it you don't spend much time on social media? It's been all over, the Union is extremely media-heavy.
Starbucks Workers United is the ongoing Starbucks Union drive in the United States. Having started about a year and a half ago (August 2021 i believe), they've amassed ~260 stores to date that have won the vote to unionise. They've been all over the media since, IIRC, November 2021? when the first 2 stores in Buffalo, NY won their votes to unionise (there were 3, but the third lost).
Right now there are somewhere around 200+ cases with the NLRB for NLRA/FLSA accusations against Starbucks. Starbucks, meanwhile, has hired like 3 union-busting law firms and an ex-CIA agent to try and halt the union drive.
It's become quite a deep-dive if you're actually curious, digging through the Twitter feed (@SBWorkersUnited) and the websites and the interviews, etc etc.
