They said it's for burn safety and said any skirt needs to be BELOW the knee. I cited that the dress code says NO HIGHER than 4 inches above the knee and also that men can wear shorts in summer unimpeded with no leggings under

I wear a calf length skirt with pockets! It’s black and pleated and I can wear gym shorts under which I find comfy. I swore I bought it off of Amazon but can never find it. I think it’s cute and you should do it!

I would highly recommend following the length requirements as you don’t wanna risk burning your legs if something splatters. also to make sure you’re fully covered when bending down to put 20’s in the till, or getting milks out of the bar fridges, ect.
