does anyone else have issues with their delivery guys?

I understand that they have a job to do but we also have to as well. they get so upset if their crates are not stacked in the way they want them they will leave everything out. im sorry but they are just like the customers at this point because they really expect me to stop everything im doing. ive gotten into arguments with a few of them and they all really believe that their job is more important so that means they can act how they want.

I have a weekly delivery guy that always wants one of my partners to stop what they’re doing and help him hold open the door so he can bring the delivery in or help him push it in. This guy even asked if one of my partners could help him unload the truck. I told him absolutely not as we don’t work for him nor are we authorized to. He got pissy because he had to do his job lol.

My SM has sent a formal complaint to the company though. This guy literally wants us to do his job for him while his huge ass truck blocks half of our parking lot.

THANK U!!!

they were starting to make me feel like im the one with the problem, I have tried to make complaints but nothing ever happens to them. they really believe that they are the ones who run this company. i had one driver who parking right in my drive thru!! and when i went out there and told him to move it he flat out told me "why its easier for me to unload, and the other starbucks like when i do this" i was furious. im so sick of people like this. they are complete dicks!!! and what makes me feel even more bad is that they NEVER try and talk back to my male shifts. but when they see a 4'10 female shift they love to talk down to me and call me ungrateful. im the primary closer.
