If you've texted and they haven't responded, then that's a little odd. But, it usually takes time for them to add you to the schedule. It took them maybe a week or so when I was hired to start training.

It took me 3 weeks to be added to the schedule.

It took about a month for me to begin training. You have to wait for your background check to get cleared, and then you have to do your onboarding. It kind of just depends as we have our schedules for the week and the next two following weeks. I would recommend calling the store/the store manager on a Monday during the day
