No Café in newly renovated store (self.starbucksbaristas)

Okay so my store just got newly renovated into a store with no seating. I LOVE it. Although I miss seeing the customers sit and enjoy the store, I feel like I can sit and actually really connect with my partners. I have grown so close to my partners. Also we can be ourselves and be a little more talkative and louder since there are no people sitting and working. So if you have the opportunity to work at one of these stores, I would highly recommend it!!

Praying mine is next. Our cafe only ever has unhoused people. It's tiring asking people to stay awake/not do drugs inside/ not right each other/ stop telling regular customers they can't sit where they are/ stealing mobiles/ etc.
I feel major empathy for where these people are but making mine and fellow partners lives hell is also not ok.
