Well since it’s stock, the value varies based on the market. It’s more about the number of shares that get awarded. That varies by position. Right now the stock is trading at just under $100/share but the thing to remember is that even once you see how many shares you’re awarded, you won’t actually receive that many when they vest. They take some out to cover taxes.
