was a shift at corporate stores for 4 years now at a hospital sbux and they were always refrigirated except for where im at now. my supervisor swears up and down theyre supposed to be served room temp but its literal cheesecake. the the f*** eats warm cheesecake? anyway can someone please find me concrete evidence from the corporate website or something to prove they are supposed to be chilled at all times

I’m pretty sure their shelf life is 7 days refrigerated and 2 unrefrigerated.

They do not have to be chilled at all times so you won’t find anything that says that. They do have a shorter shelf life if not refrigerated though

Partner Hub. Search "bliss bar". Pull up the LTO article. Shows all thr info about it, including the shelf life.

Doesn't need to be refrigerated, but only lasts 2 days if not.

If given the choice, I would say refrigerated. Why not extend the shelf life? I'm a little over a year out of practice, but iirc my store always fridged them either in the RTD&E or one of the fridges in BOH.
