Wondering what y’all think the healthiest food mark outs and drinks would be? I’m broke so I take advantage of the mark outs but I’m trying to also not just live off of the protein boxes and egg bites… anyone got any thoughts on healthier options? 🙃

Oatmeal with steamed milk I do soy, brown sugar and blueberries. The oatmeal is typical of any chain, so you could even make it at home for pretty cheap.

If you like tea, add extra tea bags to your drink mark out to take home. Also, mark out a big milk to use at home. I will often mark out coconut milk for cooking. The tomato mozzarella and spinach feta are good options on weight watchers, which makes me think they're kinda healthy.
