Relationships for different ranks is unprofessional and the official rule is to relocate one or the other to a different location.
However, personal opinion is don't sate your coworkers. Not just Starbucks partners, but coworkers in general.

Couldn’t agree more, don’t date coworkers regardless of the workplace. I did and I was majorly regretful when things in the relationship went south, because it was so interconnected with my job that eventually I had to quit because I was so heartbroken that I couldn’t continue working there and acting like everything was okay at work :/ Lost a job and my significant other
Also, all of your coworkers know your business when you date a coworker and it’s incredibly awkward when things don’t work out
