What are some of your weird pet peeves? lol (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by froggeth1
For me it’s when people leave whip cream charges on the backup whip cream.
GoldennTrash 138 points 7m ago
when ppl leave the milk pitchers dangling on the rinser so it’s just continuously spraying out water until someone else (me) takes it off lol annoying asf tbh

edit: i really said “tinder” when i meant to say “rinser” lol
Responsible_Snow7109 18 points 7m ago
Yo i did not kno this happened elsewhere. Wow. This is extremely annoying. My store is a cafe store so our hot bar and cold bar are right across from each other with a tiny amount of space to turn around but not too small. But anyway there's this one coworker of mine who is extremely annoying with this. By the way she's also a shift supervisor. Anyway if I'm on hot bar and she's on cold bar, I'll turn around to rinse my milk steaming picture and then she'll have the cold foam blender on the rinser with the water still coming out and renting it and she'll see me clearly walking up to the sink to rinse my milk steaming picture and then she'll look at me and then she'll look at the cold front blender and she won't move it but she also won't say anything either like oh I'm so sorry. One of my biggest huge pet peeves especially if it's not acknowledged
GoldennTrash 3 points 7m ago
exactly. almost everyone does it. like am i the odd ball or r u guys just not doing the bare minimum lmfao
Responsible_Snow7109 3 points 7m ago
Why is that a thing tho? I dont get it lol cuz they gotta move it next time they go to rinse their next piece of equipment....ohhh but if theres a chance their bar partner will need to rinse something first, even better for them cuz then it will be moved for them and no effort on their part 🙄
GoldennTrash 3 points 7m ago
surprise surprise, some ppl at my store don’t even rinse the pitchers right away. they’ll leave them sitting on the counters until someone (me, again) rinses them because i fucking hate clutter and a messy work area lol
Lcolecrochet 8 points 7m ago
Or the tea shakers so it’s making that annoying bouncing/spraying noise.
iiiimagery 3 points 7m ago
When we got a remodel not too long ago we got these rinsers that won't start unless you push them (kinda hard tbh) on hot bar for milk pitchers. Cold bar got one that will rinse if something that has weight to it is on it (blenders, foam blenders) but not stuff like shakers and milk pitcher is enough weight for it.

Anyways it stops spraying water even if something heavy is on it after a few seconds. You have to pick it up and out it back on to make it go again
diphenhydranautical 122 points 7m ago
LEAVING MILKS OUT 😩 i will have a 2% out during peak unless we get a break, and maybe a coconut on cold bar during peak. i am a little more okay with non dairys but even if they’re okay, it creates a lot of clutter! a messy bar is a stressy bar! but dairy milks have no reason to be left out…
Ok-Start-6768 37 points 7m ago
My store leaves sweet cream out literally the entire day it’s so frustrating
diphenhydranautical 8 points 7m ago
ok during peak i can understand that and/or whole milk , and i’m usually on hot bar so i didn’t think about that… but ALL DAY 😵😭
Queerguy24 5 points 7m ago
I hate it cause if it sits out too long it won’t foam right
LencologyOncology69 4 points 7m ago
I guess you would never be caught dead leaving the almond milk out all night.
diphenhydranautical 3 points 7m ago
lol hell nah i’m an opener now
PortionOfSunshine 3 points 7m ago
Non dairy is worse than dairy being left out for me. Not only because they’re smaller and get warmer faster but because if they get warm then cold multiple times they will begin to separate (ie pink drinks look like coconut shaving and pink instead of a light pink)

PUT YOUR DANG MILKS AWAY WHEN YOU’RE DONE WITH THEM, NO ONE WANTS A WARM ICED DRINK BECAUSE YOU’RE TOO LAZY TO CLEAN UP YOUR BAR. (Sorry for yelling)
miniinovaa 105 points 7m ago
me: "alright bob, here's your white mocha!"

bob: "i also had a sandwhich"

Leaving milk crusties on the mastrena wand after finishing a drink. Idk why but lately almost everyone has been doing this when it never really used to be a thing.
Jaded_Fun_7133 44 points 7m ago
I HATE WHEN SOMEONE FINISHED A DRINK ON *MY* HOT BAR WHILE IM AWAY DOING ANOTHER DRINK AND THEY DONT CLEAN MY WAND
Responsible_Snow7109 8 points 7m ago
I FEEL THOSE FRIGGIN CAPS lol cuz seriously this happens to me when I'm hot bar and I walk away to do another drink or finish off another drink then somebody else on bar with me or just another co-worker passing by will finish off the drink and the wand will still have the milk Suds and crusts on there. It also happens at my store when I'm taking over for somebody on hot bar and they don't clean up their area and there's milk crusties on the steaming wand. What I do right after I pull a steaming picture of milk off of the wand is with my right hand I pull the steaming picture off of the wand and with my left hand I grab the sani towel from underneath the espresso machine on the counter and swipe down with it on the steaming wand and it comes right off like it's 2 seconds and I don't know why people don't do that or they don't even do it when they're leaving the station and switching with me
Jaded_Fun_7133 3 points 7m ago
Yeah like you are just leaving it which is going to cause a delay the next time you are steaming something like why not multitask and do it the way you said, i do it that way too. I don’t get people I wish I could input my habits like this one into everyone 😂😂😂😂 like common sense people come on
Responsible_Snow7109 3 points 7m ago
Yea lol a usb stick we can stick into their ear so the common sense can compute over into their brain 😂 lmao
reba_blurazz 2 points 7m ago
ngl, thank you for the explanation of how you do it cos it’s so fast
Responsible_Snow7109 1 points 7m ago
Thank u 🙂
wooohooohoooe 69 points 7m ago
Custys who come for there mobile order (usually through the drive thru) less than 10 min after putting it in.

Some people do it less than 2 minutes like wt f. You aren’t the only person mobile ordering MA’AM
persona-2 28 points 7m ago
I feel like 10 minutes is reasonable, but I’m also not downtown big city or anything like that. It’s people who mobile order at the speaker box that get me.
wooohooohoooe 1 points 7m ago
Location plays a big part.
Asunaturtle 15 points 7m ago
Lucky you get 2 minutes. I have people mobile order as they pull through the drive through as if our cafe person isnt busy
wooohooohoooe 3 points 7m ago
If they do that I always explain how it backs us up esp during peak. IF YOURE AT THE BOX ORDER THERE JESUS CHRIST.
ihavemanyanimals 5 points 7m ago
Had a lady pull into the drive thru and this was the convo
Me: hi what can i get started for you?
Her: oh im just ordering on the app since its so complicated
Me: oh its no problem to take it here
Her: i just like the app
Me: alright then can i het your name?

Like what is the pojnt of ordering ahead if its not ahead
wooohooohoooe 2 points 7m ago
I would say something along the lines
‘In the future if you’re already at the box it’s best if you just order with us we can walk you through it! When you mobile order it comes out of a different printer and can get lost in the drinks before you!’

Some people like life difficult, there’s a guy that came through the drive-through today and he asked for a shaken espresso with oats milk brown sugar and cinnamon my Barista asked if he wanted a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso because it’s cheaper and he said no so customers are just gonna do what customers want to do :p
Queerguy24 2 points 7m ago
I remind this one regular every time “hey next time you order please give us 5-10 minutes to have your order ready”
hotcheetomamii 59 points 7m ago
when whoever is on POS isn’t thorough enough with a customer and thus punches it in wrong, causing me on bar to remake a bunch of drinks. ESPECIALLY when it’s something as simple as forgetting to asked if it’s hot or iced, or no whip cream. having to make little fixes like that can really set you back on bar in terms of flow and speed
SADGhoulie 23 points 7m ago
I become King of Annoying when this starts up, I'll get on headsets and start asking the questions directly into their ear during pauses or wander over every couple drinks to stare down the register and ask the customer myself until they get the hint, or even stand in their peripheral waving a cold cup in one hand and a hot cup in the other/ making size gestures if Im not backed up (only after politely asking them to ask for those details doesn't work ofc)

If you're gonna make your part of the job my problem, I'm going to BE your problem lol
teefquestionmark 8 points 7m ago
OMG THISSSSSS!!!!! i always feel so rude but i have a barista that whenever he’s on drive thru order (even if he has a window person) he will just go as fast as he can and NEVER ask questions!!! so i get stuck having to make them how i hear them and then the charge is wrong. and i’m constantly interrupting orders to ask “wait! ask if it’s hot or iced!! what size!!! do they want whip with the alt milk!!!” and he just absolutely NEVER retains it!!! he always just does it as fast as possible to where hes even rang people up for drinks with ingredients we DO NOT have!!!!!! like!!!!!! if something is marked out ASKKKKKK
iiiimagery 2 points 7m ago
At that point I'd complain to my sm lmaoo
Lcolecrochet 3 points 7m ago
I’m glad I’m not the only one who does this xD
CatalyticGenesis 46 points 7m ago
baristas touching my stickers when im on bar. look the only time anyone else should be touching my printer is if a, they're grabbing a drink to make to help me out or b, if im on cafe/mobile and they need to find a sticker for a drive thru mobile order.

baristas losing the milk caps.
Comfortable-Plane944 7 points 7m ago
Came here to say this, though I ven if they are looking for a ticket I’d rather them just tell me, or use a tablet to find an order. Don’t touch my tickets. Just tell me what you need
CatalyticGenesis 7 points 7m ago
it's the worst when im on cafe/mobile bar and have my headset revoked (if anyone else from the district is in our store, cafe/mobile and handoff get our headsets taken away bc we're technically never supposed to have them on) so i don't even hear the context for why someone's pulling my stickers, just that someone now *is* pulling my stickers. communicate, y'all.
Responsible_Snow7109 2 points 7m ago
I agree with the whole telling me what you need thing. Although with what I'm about to describe is not about the sticker pulling thing but something similar with invading my space on bar when they could tell me what they need

I have a co-worker who whenever she's on register and I'm on hot bar and let's say she Rings up a customer for a hot coffee with some cream in it, she will literally walk over to my bar and block the area in front of one of the espresso machines and the two ticket printers. So block that area and take the cream out of the fridge and pour it in the customers coffee and then she will leave the container of cream out on my small bar counter with the lid off of it and a splash on the counter. Then she goes back to register like she didn't even do any of that while invading my space
SADGhoulie 5 points 7m ago
Nooo you have someone like that too?? Ours will usually take the cream back to the front after blocking my bar and fridge for a full 60 seconds to grab it, but then she'll come over and just STAND next to bar holding the jug. Wont say anything. I keep trying to explain she can just set the thing on the counter I'll put it away please go away I have 6 drinks in sequence and you're *stressing me out* but she just keeps doing ittttt and she moves at the speed of cold syrup like MA'AM PLS
Responsible_Snow7109 1 points 7m ago
Lol yea we have that coworker that does it every single time im on bar and shes on register. Since we have a cafe store, our counters are not like too small but like they don't have a lot of space on it at all whatsoever so when she comes over to take a cream out of my bar fridge and pour some cream into a customer's cup and leave some cream spilled on the counter with the lid still off of the cream on the counter, it annoys me. Like yeah I'd rather have her get out of my way quicker but like I just hate it because she leaves the cap off and leaves a mess and just doesn't care and walks back away to register like nothing ever happened but then but same exact person Rings people up for a hot coffee at the register and if she doesn't get a chance to give it to them and they end up waiting too long, she blames it on me and tells me that I should ask her if she got the coffee once I get to the sticker. Like no dude you're the one that's coming into contact with the order first so you let me know if you grabbed it or if you need me to grab it. You communicate first since you're ringing them up for it

Then we have another co-worker who literally comes and stands at my hot bar which is blocking me from grabbing stickers out of the printer and working on the one espresso machine so they'll come over to my hot bar when they are ringing someone up for a coffee and they'll stand there and pull the sugars out of the drawer and put cream in the cup at the speed of molasses when there is literally a drawer right under the brewing station with all the sugars
yungfroggie 6 points 7m ago
im so guilty of that last one. during peak i don’t have time to find the lids i throw around the bar so i just throw them away 😭
Prestigious-Chest776 32 points 7m ago
i feel bad getting mad at this bc i know my co workers are just trying to help but when i inherit the bar and am immediately asked what i need to be restocked / if i need any help. like i don’t know i just got here man i’m trying to figure out this triple iced espresso order with 4 kinds of milk 😬
saddestgirl1995 27 points 7m ago
Leaving your pitchers on the rinsers like bruhhhhh that's so loud
[deleted] 25 points 7m ago
people leaving the used warming papers.. like the trash can is RIGHT there.
not closing the ice bins.
pumping my syrups when prepping my drinks on hot bar (I get ur trying to be helpful but its not brand standards).
sitting the drink at the hand off plane without calling out the name.
putting the ice scoops back into the rack upside down.
moldygiraffes 8 points 7m ago
I don't understand why people let warming get so messy!!! I always clean as I go so I don't get overwhelmed with the clutter.
[deleted] 8 points 7m ago
I always going over there to wipe & sweep crumbs, don’t matter if I am on that station 😂
iiiimagery 5 points 7m ago
The ice scoop thing gets me. Why is flipping my hand/wrist upside down more efficient?? And there's a drain at the bottom of them incase of excess ice so ik that's not why
moldygiraffes 20 points 7m ago
Taking over a messy bar that's also pretty much out of lids, cups, and milks. This has happened almost every shift for me this week D:
iiiimagery 3 points 7m ago
I showed up to work at 6 am once to do cold bar and all of the shakers/blenders/lids were dirty and all over the counter, not even rinsed. Nothing had lids or spoons and pretty much all my syrups and pumps were empty. I had to hope immediately on and handed like 10 drinks because peak was starting with a bar that took me a good 5 minutes to even fix because it was also drowned in water and other fluids. Was sooooo mad
heyitsme963 20 points 7m ago
In DT: “I have a mobile order for —.” “I don’t see it, can you check the location you sent it to?” “Oh I’m not done putting it in yet”
RegularAsk143 16 points 7m ago
Not rotating product - nothing more infuriating than finding expired milks.
aliveandconfused 15 points 7m ago
The end of the vsc pitchers that don’t want to foam up anymore. When my coworkers make foam and it doesn’t foam and then they just pour the “foam” anyway. Then the customer will ask for it to be remade because of the foam. Idk if other people do this but if the foam didn’t foam just add a small splash of heavy cream to it and it will be perfect.
mommymary 8 points 7m ago
i always add a splash of HC if it’s too runny. A way I’ve found to prevent this is to stir each new pitcher of VSC before using it (or i just flip the pitcher lid to closed and swirl it around a bunch). I always stir them when I make them, but they settle and separate over time so the bottom is always runny.
zooteed 13 points 7m ago
Leaving milks out especially sweet cream, SOY MILK, whole milk. when you leave sweet cream out not only is it a dairy milk but it DOESNT FOAM CORRECTLY, i cannot count how many times i have had to re-foam it multiple times during peak, or having to pour it into the cup hoping it sits on top and feel bad handing it out, soy milk creates soy babies when left on the counters. (small pieces of tofu accumulating at the bottom) and to go along with this, NOT SHAKING THE SOY MILK, ALMOND MILK, AND OAT MILK especially on first time opening. seeing clumps of the soy milk at the bottom is so off putting its the same to me as if you are seeing clumps in your 2%. 😀😀
another is when the last person on bar doesnt CLEAN OR STOCK their station before leaving. i do not want to be juggling around the bar with every topping and their moms scattered everywhere and coffee, milk, globs of syrup and powders all over my bar. this is more understanding if its mid peak switch over, but when they are just messy and leave things all over. 😀
when a customer decides they are going to moblie order in the drive through and when i let them know it was just placed and wont be ready theg reply with "oh i know" 😀😀😀
Alternative_Exam3723 13 points 7m ago
Customers shoving their phone in my face to order, my coworkers standing around on their phones not helping, coworkers calling out every damn day they are scheduled, customers reaching around the plexi glass and grabbing sleeves with their grubby nasty hands, when I call out “venti white mocha” and they say “I ordered a matcha” ma’am that’s not your drink you buffoon
Responsible_Snow7109 3 points 7m ago
Ma'am and buffoon in the same sentence 😂💀💀
Alternative_Exam3723 2 points 7m ago
Gotta be all professional and shit 😂
Responsible_Snow7109 2 points 7m ago
Lmao i love that line now "ma'am thats not ur drink you buffoon" 😂

When partners don’t completely take apart the pumps to wash them. Gets all the sanitizer stuck inside and its quick to take them apart
linseeded 5 points 7m ago
My store MANAGER says we shouldn’t take them apart except for clean play?! same with whip tops… like dude what! Ew!! They literally tossed our pipe cleaner too so we can’t clean the inside of the pumps… it’s driving me insane
wooohooohoooe 2 points 7m ago
Our store only takes them apart on clean play. We rinse the with water, soap, water, Sanitizer, water, then once it’s in the syrup we pump it out til there isnt any water. I would coach on it, it only takes two seconds to make sure there’s only syrup coming out.
cookingmami101 2 points 7m ago
Even for things like mocha and chai? Once a sauce is used up, we fully clean the pump before using it again, so every pump gets cleaned at least once a day
wooohooohoooe 1 points 7m ago
As far as I know, night crew might but it’s not on the shift check list. It is in the clean play section though. We do take apart the whip tops tho
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
surg3v1 12 points 7m ago
Licensed store here.

From my coworkers, 100% not restocking stations or having backups ready. The amount of times I cover a break and all of a sudden I don’t have sleeves or toppings, and need to go grab stuff from BOH while mid-making a drink or suddenly have a rush is ridiculous.

From customers, weirdly, it’s telling me “oh take your time” if I say that I will be right with them if I am needing a moment to wipe counter, follow coffee cadence, etc. Like, it’s me acknowledging your existence and being polite. If I wanted to actually take my time before I get to you, I’d make you wait about 2-3 minutes to do another task or two first. Also, trying to grab the condiment bar stuff we can’t keep out from behind the plexiglass still. 😫
pastelldillann 10 points 7m ago
I fucking hate it when parents pull up to the drive through and roll down the back window to make their kids order their own shit. It’s not a big deal at all, it’s actually a good things because they’re teaching their kids life skills, but for some reason it drives me absolutely nuts and pisses me off. Please just order your damn kid’s drink and leave me alone 🫠

Odd-Age-6234 7 points 7m ago
When milks/whips/VSCs are left out, not shaking refreshers or teas, not using nitro lids, leaving a mess and not cleaning it, when someone comes through DT and the partner on DTO is talking and not answering the customer
linseeded 6 points 7m ago
When you have to play 20 questions with a customer to get their correct drink… like dude if I didn’t ask would you have just not ordered what you wanted??? Jfc

Ketchupgutz 4 points 7m ago
Gv domes have been so shit for so long
b99__throwaway 6 points 7m ago
if you pull my tags you better make the drink. i had a barista the other day come off of solo drive to pull my tags and tell me “these are at the window” when she had literally just pushed the order through. like she pushed it through and walked over and pulled them to tell me. i was very confused bc 1) you just pushed it through. and 2) you are on drive stay on drive and 3) i was making the other drinks for the cafe but i was standing at my hot bar where the tags printed?? like i knew they were there?? it was weird all around

lildoobieboy 5 points 7m ago
Micromanaging…. Like sir there is ONE customer in the store right now, I heard the order, you do not need to step over from the tills to the bar to show me the sticker and repeat the order, I can read.
lildoobieboy 1 points 7m ago
my manager is a g, he just happens to be a lurker who thinks he’s helping by lurking… he isn’t
DieLawnUwU 5 points 7m ago
When people order drinks that come with whip and want an alternative milk and freak out when there’s whip in it. You can see on the menu what’s in it and at my store all of us ask if they want the whip in it because it normal comes with it and they’re like sure why not. And then they freak out afterwards like…🫠
verdeuce 4 points 7m ago
This is probably only a manager one but cut the flaps off of boxes that you open and break down boxes!
inkstaens 1 points 7m ago
my ssvs NEVER break down boxes during pulls!!! our boh is SO small and its literally a one person lane (separated by the shelf) so it blocks the whole boh (where All cups, lids, ice and alt milks are) immediately!! makes trash runs 2x as long and super difficult to walk around! and us baristas ask for the boxes to be broken down EVERY FUCKING DAY AND NOBODY DOES!
Lcolecrochet 4 points 7m ago
Taking drinks off my bar without telling me first. I’m usually sequenced several drinks ahead so when I’m turned around making a drink and I turn back around to pour and the cup is gone, I’m going to feel like I just wasted my time. Plus now product is wasted. I’m all for help but PLEASE say something first!
Tirarthirst 4 points 7m ago
When the bar partner is always looking over my shoulder as I take drink orders I understand a couple times but like if you’re always hovering that annoys me. Also when the bar person is asking the cafe order if they got whip cream like you were just over my shoulder and I asked them smh
anonymous6248 3 points 7m ago
when i’m on drive bar and cafe/mobile bar ignores their mobile orders and pulls the drive tickets cause “drive is more important”

i understand that but usually at our store mobiles are people headed to their jobs that don’t have time to wait in line. i always feel so bad when someone walks in asking for a mobile and the cafe/mobile bar person has to pull a million tickets before finding theirs.

or when i have a few cups lined up in front of me already in my espresso queue and cafe/mobile person just takes one…

edit:typo
Winter_Shine_5846 3 points 7m ago
I hate when ppl come up to my bar and start pulling stickers like bro stop what are you doing??? Unless *I* pull them out continuously, it is NOT OKAY for you to come up and mess w my system if IM the one on bar
Independent-Ear9140 3 points 7m ago
when partners leave a drop of milk in a milk gallon when I take over for them. WHAT WAS THE REASON
sixfin 3 points 7m ago
Nothing makes my blood boil more than customers who reach over the counter to grab stuff.

Or when shifts will only put certain partners on bar all day and never let anyone else have a chance to get comfortable with it. So frustrating.
iiiimagery 3 points 7m ago
Just gonna hop in and say when parents have their practical babies in the front seat, not in a car seat, unbuckled, or wandering around in the car. Seriously makes my blood boil
MaralosaKingdom 3 points 7m ago
For some reason I have a lot of coworkers that slam open the ice bin. It’s so loud every time and it makes me jump cause I’m ultra sensitive to loud noises. It drives me crazy.
Myebix 1 points 7m ago
tbf, sometimes it randomly slides way better than expected, and when I try to open it accounting for the usual resistance, it surprises even me
vvirghoe 3 points 7m ago
when its peak and im on bar and someone on tasking decides to come over, take my cup and shaker out of my hand, and try and tell me (in a degrading way, i am always thankful for positive help !) how to properly make a drink i have made at least 300 times now.

When customers leave trash on the hand off
linseeded 2 points 7m ago
People have taken to leaving their trash in our tip jar even tho it says tips
Necessary_Low939 1 points 7m ago
Wow. I never had that happened to me before. Crazy.
linseeded 1 points 7m ago
People wild out here. We don’t have tip jars out anymore tho bc they got stolen so much :/
Necessary_Low939 2 points 7m ago
It’s crazy. Back in 2013 we lock the tips, not sure why they don’t let us do that anymore.
K4ybvg 2 points 7m ago
people asking for straws with refresher lids. don’t know why but it just irks me lol
Hazel_is_Trans 2 points 7m ago
When partners help me when I’m about to do the thing they come to help me with, I appreciate it but gets annoying when during peak when I’m focused on drinks and drive
Luna_Raccoona 2 points 7m ago
Idk about other stores but almost no one rinses their blenders, shakers, and foaming pitchers after they use them in my store and it drives me NUTS. They just leave them there with all that crap drying and caking onto the sides, creating clutter and leaving it for their bar-mate to clean up. Even our SM does this and has encouraged new partners to as well because it “saves time”. It doesn’t. It creates a major inconvenience when I need to make something but have to clean out someone else’s mess, it totally nasty, and honestly doesn’t save time because the thing needs to be rinsed either way by the next use. I just hate it so much and I ALWAYS clean my pitchers immediately after using them. The customer can wait two more seconds imo
Suspicious_Ad_7326 2 points 7m ago

when a customer orders like five drinks and i have to ask the size and if it’s hot or iced for every. single. one.
soakedhipster 1 points 7m ago
people "helping" with cafe/mobile bar when i didn't ask tbh

i'm in the middle of sequencing three drinks and now it's fucked cause you took two sticks from the FRONT OF THE QUEUE like think about it for a second

or just Say Something like stop doing it when i turn around???
Striking_Guest_9318 1 points 7m ago
When people yell hello at the speaker box and the headset is hasn’t even dinged yet or when you tell them you’ll be with them in just one moment and they start ordering anyways.
cocoabutterkissez 1 points 7m ago
pulling my stickers like just communicate with me, you DONT need to pull my stickers!! I never pull anyone’s stickers no matter what.
Myebix 1 points 7m ago
people stacking boxes on top of the trash can when they finish their pull and not even bothering to run them out. (I do the truck, it's not that hard to keep your boxes together and just run them to the trash before joining the floor)
it just makes grabbing trash and running it so much more difficult for everyone else, and it forces the poor person running trash to make 3 trips.

I also hate people making iced matchas in the foam blenders instead of shaking them out of laziness. it throws off the texture, it's a different temp when handed out, you're just making a cup of cold foam, and it guarantees that there's going to be matcha stuck to that blender all shift until it eventually all comes off into other people's drinks (bc god forbid we properly rinse our dishes before putting them back instead of just leaving them on the rinser for 5 hours and not bothering to make sure all the product comes off)

Ppl who get pup cups for their kids. It really creeps me out. Also when the syrup pumps get sticky :(

When people in drive thru scream ‘hello’ and then ask for a minute so they can look at the menu.

YES! It's so easy to take them off and I hate when they leave the charges on and I have to take them off when I'm doing dishes. My hands are already wet, I have no grip

Leaving unnecessary stuff out on cold bar. I don’t care about hot as much but it pisses me off on cold. Also ice in the corridors on the side of the ice bin

Licensed store here.

When people get mad or give me attitude about us not having a drive thu. So sorry that inconveniences you. It’s almost like you could go to a drive thru instead if it’s really that big of a deal 🤯
